Over 200 km ski slopes and over 30 lifts are offered by the 5 Lungau ski areas; Fanningberg, Aineck, Katschberg, Großeck-Speiereck, Kraischberg und Obertauern.
A free ski bus takes guests to their chosen ski areas.

220 km of cross country skiing tracks give the Lungau the reputation as the "largest connected net of cross-country skiing tracks in Austria".
